Dr. Vincent Vargas' Care Philosophy
As a health and wellness provider, it has always been a strategy of mine to practice modern, efficient, and evidence-based medicine in diverse groups and health settings. My goal is to empower my patients to make decisions about their own health and well-being; I consider you as my partner in making beneficial health decisions. Both the provider and the patient have their role to play in our relationship, and I value autonomy in letting my patients decide on key medical issues and concerns tailor-made to their situation.
At the end of the day – my philosophy of care focuses upon supporting a joyful, stress-free, safe and healthy lifestyle for my patients. Prevention is key - putting value on higher quality of life than 'treating the sick', which also happens to be a cost-effective approach to medicine.
Ultimately, I am committed to striving for the best and compassionate care possible and advocating for better health for yourself, your family, and the entire LGBTQ community.
